Hand thrown Italian money pots traditionally used in Italy for over 2000 years. They stand between 16 cm and 19 cm in height. Tradition has it that once the first coin is dropped into the pot, it must be fed until it is full, upon which time it must be smashed whilst making a wish at the same time. They are supposed to bring good fortune and each one starts off with a fortune coin inside it. An ideal gift that is available in many different colours and styles, each one hand painted. All the Terramundi Pots have the ability to be personalised, some on both sides. This means that for any pots with no wording on the front and the 'Just A Name' pots you can have up to 20 characters on both the front and the back of the pot. So, for example, you can have your brief message on one side and then the recipients name on the other. If the pot you have chosen already has wording on it, for example the 'Occasions' or the 'Saving For' pots, then you can still personalise them with a message or name, but only on the back of the pot, again you have 20 characters on the back of the pot to write your name or message.
