An order is placed on the Website by pressing the “Place Order” button on the checkout page. Subject to approval from your card provider we will then send you an order confirmation e-mail. This e-mail does not constitute acceptance by Diesel Frog ltd. Acceptance will take place when your product is despatched unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or if you have changed or cancelled it.

We may cancel or refuse to accept an order for amongst other things:-

-The goods are not available

-Authorisation is not obtained for your payment

-There is an error in the pricing, product or description

-You fail to meet the eligibility to order criteria found below

-Order for personalised items which may contain any language deemed to be inappropriate by the Company.

It is illegal for us to sell any products containing alcohol to anyone under 18 years of age. By placing an order for any goods containing alcohol, you confirm that you and the person for whom the gift is to be delivered to are aged 18 years or over.

Should you wish to return your goods for any reason, the following conditions apply :-

-Any non personalised goods can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. The cost of returning goods will be bourne by you.

-If the products returned are done so due to damages in transit/ faulty goods/ an error on our part then we will refund the cost you incurred in returning the goods up to a reasonable level as decided by the Company.

-Any items being returned remain your responsibility until they reach the Company

 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not warrant that materials/items for sale on the Website are appropriate or available for use outside the United Kingdom and Eire. It is prohibited to access the Website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful. If you access this Website from locations outside the United Kingdom and Eire, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws. 

Any goods that have been personalised or customised especially for your order cannot be returned once despatched.

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law.
The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment.  The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.

The amount of WEEE thrown away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.

·         Much of the UK's WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.

·         Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled.  Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.  

Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.

For example, if a customer bought a new EEE item from us we would accept their old WEEE item and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.

Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol.

Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.

Dieselfrog.com has over 3,000 gifts on offer, delivery of these gifts can range anything between next working day and up to 4 weeks and is entirely dependent on the nature and complexity of each gift.  Wherever possible we will give you an indication of expected/average delivery times acutally experienced in the description of each gift.  As there are so many gifts with lots of differing delivery times, we also use a variety of delivery methods including but not limited to Royal Mail postage (both first and second class) Parcelforce and other signed for carriers.  The type of deilvery method we use is dependent on the gift ordered and we use the most appropriate delivery method to get your order to you in the fastest, most cost effective way possible in order to maintain the great value we offer.  Regardless of time or method, Dieselfrog.com offers great value by only charging £2.95 per order no matter how many gifts you order.  For further specific information regarding particular products, how they are shipped and expected lead times, please see the individual gifts or contact customer services on 01625 419884 or customerservices@dieselfrog.com who will be happy to help.

For most of the items we sell you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. This does not apply to personalised or customised items made specifically for you.

To cancel an order that has not yet been despatched, you must e-mail info@dieselfrog.com or call customer services on 01625 546699

To cancel an order that has been despatched you must write or e-mail quoting your order number within 7 working days beginning the day after your products are due to be delivered. And also return the goods to us once delivered.

 

Please make sure to read your confirmation e-mails immediately. Most personalised items are sent for production soon after the order is placed therefore any miss-spellings on personalised items cannot be cancelled once goods have been produced.
